Director of Human Resources - Full time

The Director of Human Resources works with the senior management team as a strategic partner providing leadership to develop, guide, implement, and evaluate LHS’ human resource (HR) functions. This position is responsible for policies and practices; employee relations; compliance; organizational development; performance management and compensation; benefits; payroll administration; recruitment, hiring, and retention; training and development; planning and budgeting; the achievement of annual goals; and the fulfillment of the organization’s mission.  For the full job description click here.
