Spay and Neuter Services
Pet overpopulation is a concern in our community.  One way to help with this issue is to have your pets spayed or neutered.  At the Well Pet Clinic, we only offer ongoing services to animals who are spayed and neutered – your cat or dog will be calmer and more affectionate while enjoying a healthier life!

Fees for low-cost spay and neuter surgeries are based on a flat rate (unless 75 lbs or over) and include post-operative pain management (additional fees may apply for items such as a cone collar or other medical conditions*). A 50% deposit will be required at the time of scheduling for all surgery appointments.

No overnight boarding services are available.

We require that all dogs be current on their Rabies and DA2PP vaccinations, and all cats be current on their Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations when they come in for surgery. Please email proof of vaccinations to vetservices@longmonthumane.org or bring proof to your appointment. If proof is not received, we will administer the vaccinations and you will be responsible for the cost.
Surgical fees, which include post-surgical pain medications, are:

Feline neuter $140
Feline spay $156
Canine neuter $207
Canine spay $243

Dental and Other Surgical Services
A Doctor’s appointment will be required to examine your pet and assess the surgical work required prior to making an appointment for the surgery. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of scheduling for all surgery appointments.
