I’ve always adopted my animals from shelters, same goes for my little Jsu, who I adopted from LHS 12/24/19.

My other cat passed away after 22 years of constant indoor companionship and I told myself I would never get another cat because it hurt so much to loose her, but then a friend reminded me it wasn’t really about me.

I then adopted Jsu (shelter name Juliette, then nicknamed Jsu Jsu Bean, now just Jsu) and never looked back. She was super shy at first and took a few days for her to venture out but now she won’t leave my side. She is now almost 6 and I can’t believe I almost missed out on such a great little one out of fear.
