I cannot thank the staff enough for giving our cat Abu the opportunity to stay at your location. Had Abu not been transferred to Longmont the outcome would have been different for his life due to his behavior and not adapting well at the rescue he was originally at.

He has been in our family for 5 years and in 2024 things changed quickly for our household. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we lost our home, and he was sent to a shelter and lived away from us for a little over 4 months. We were amazed to learn that Abu had not been adopted out and was still available for adoption.

Once I learned this, I quickly acted on starting the adoption process and was overjoyed when I got the call from the staff saying, “you can come get Abu”! He has adjusted well in our new home.

I believe this location is a blessing that many might not be aware of! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to rehabilitating all walks of life and giving them a second chance!
