City of Longmont 2019 Pet Licensing Information
Longmont city ordinances require that all domestic cats, dogs, and pot-bellied pigs within city limits be licensed. This includes young and old pets, as well as indoor-only cats. City licenses are valid for the calendar year and expire December 31.
The City requires that your pet's license is purchased by February 1, although we have licenses available year round.
City ordinances and state laws also require that all domestic cats and dogs have a current rabies vaccination.
Fees for licenses are $15.00 for spayed and neutered animals and $25.00 for unaltered pets.
To schedule an appointment for a rabies vaccine or for information on having your pet spayed or neutered please contact the Well Pet Clinic at 303-651-0610.
