Our half-day mini camps are designed to foster the development of safe animal-handling skills, inspire careers with animals, and empower kids to make a difference in the lives of animals in our community. Campers will have a PAWS-itive summer break, engaging in interactive animal-themed games, activities, and guest presentations. It’s a unique opportunity for your child to have a DOGGONE good time expanding their knowledge of animal care, welfare, and safety in a fun and interactive environment.

Expanded Camp Sessions for an Enriching Summer:

This year, we’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our Kids and Critters Camp offerings!

With two camp sessions each day, we’re catering to both 7-9 year-olds in the morning and introducing an exciting new afternoon camp for 9-12 year-olds.

Join us any Monday- Wednesday of June or July for an unforgettable experience.

Ages 7-9: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm | Ages 10-12: 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Cost: $200 per 3 day session: Required in full to save your child’s spot. Pay via credit card when you registration online.

Scholarships: This year we are offering a limited number of scholarship opportunities to families with financial need. For more information email: camayi@longmonthumane.org

Cancellation: Must be made via email or phone no later than one week before the first day of camp in order to receive a full refund. After this date there will be no refunds.

Campers may bring a peanut-free snack from home and a water bottle – no food or snacks are provided. No supervision is available outside of camp hours.
