Well Pet Clinic Receptionist - Full Time
The Longmont Humane Society’s Well Pet Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Veterinary Clinic Receptionist. This position is the face of the clinic, sharing information about our services to the community and manages the scheduling, intake and check-out of patients at the clinic. Veterinary Service Manager - Fulltime
Oversees the daily operation of all veterinary services to assure the smooth operation of the clinic. These operations may include staff management, scheduling, inventory control, establishing clinic policies and procedures, staff training, bookkeeping, maintaining medical records, adherence to approved budget, and overseeing client relations. The Veterinary Service Manager is also expected to step in and work alongside reception staff as needed and works directly with members of the public on resolving concerns with regards to clinic issues, medical issues, and complaints.
